INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy applies to any use of the website www.thefunpad.com.au (“the Website”).

Innovious Business Pty Ltd (trading as The FunPad) (“the Company”/”we”/“us”) is committed to the protection of your Personal Information and your privacy and will ensure that information provided to us is handled in a secure manner.

By using the Website you agree with this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. You also consent to the collection and use of your personal information as set out below. You should check this site regularly for updates to the policy.
 

WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

The Company only collects personal information about you if you make/request a booking or lodge a request via email/phone call for more information.

You will not be required to provide any personal information when merely visiting and browsing the Website. However, in order to use the company’s services you will need to register you details at some point. During the registration process you will be required to provide limited personal information such as your name, email, party address and details about how you are going to pay for the services that the Company provides to you such as credit card details. In order to sign up for the Company’s newsletters or email updates you will need to submit your name and email address.

If you include personal information in emails when you contact the Company, the Company will only use such information to respond to your enquiry either by a return email, phone call or SMS.

Information about you may be aggregated with other information collected on the Website or otherwise used in ways that do not personally identify you or your personal information. This type of information may be used by the Company to improve the quality of the Website and for other purposes we deem necessary.

In addition to the personal information collected, the Company may also collect non-identifying information about you such as your IP-address, interactions with the site and service, query information, location, referring URL, browser, operating system, cookie information, usage, data transferred and Internet Service Provider. WHO IS THE PERSONAL INFORMATION DISCLOSED TO

You release the Company from any liability or damages that may arise due to release or disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the above.
 

HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED AND PROTECTED

The Website contains an online blog and an online forum where users can submit comments and ideas. Any personal information that you submit on the blog and/or the forum will be accessible and can be read, collected and used indefinitely by all other users of the Website and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. The Company takes no responsibility for any personal information that you choose to submit through the blog and/or the forum.

If you would like access to your personal information held by the Company please submit a request specifying the documents and/or information required to info@thefunpad.com.au.  We will endeavour to respond to that request within 10 business days of receipt.

For security reasons and to protect your privacy and the privacy of others, we may require additional evidence of your identity in order to respond to your request.

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to provide you with your personal information. This would for example be the case if that access would be against the law.
 

HOW TO CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Company will endeavour to keep your Personal Information up to date and accurate. We will endeavour to correct the information within 10 business days of notification.

You must agree to the amended version of the Privacy Policy as a condition of your continued use of the Website and its services.
